TASKBASE User Guide

TASKBASE is an automation platform that organizes recurring work as tasks and connects it to AI and business apps. You can manage runs, review requests, and outputs from the same workspace.

What you can do

  • Create tasks from a description — Explain the work and review the automation proposed by AI
  • Connect business apps — Use available integrations such as Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Notion, and freee
  • Work with data — Store, search, and update table data, then reuse results in later steps
  • Add human review — Route approvals, rejections, and exceptions to the inbox
  • Automate browser work — In supported workspaces, create browser flows for repetitive web tasks
  • Monitor operations — Use the task list, board, calendar, run history, and outputs views

Available apps, actions, AI features, and browser features depend on your plan and workspace configuration. The options shown in the TASKBASE app are the current source of truth for your workspace.
