Run history records when a task ran and how it finished. Search across spaces or open related runs from a task or space.

Find a run

• Filter by task or space.
• Filter by running, success, failure, waiting, cancellation, or other shown states.
• Check the time and trigger source.
• Open a related run from the calendar or inbox.

Run details

A run can show start and finish time, trigger, step state, input, output, and errors. Some values are hidden or masked based on permission and data type.

Recover from a failure

1. Find the first failed step.
2. Review its error and the last successful output.
3. Check the app connection, target resource, inputs, and external service.
4. Fix the cause.
5. Use Retry or Resume from failure when available.
6. Confirm that the external app did not receive a duplicate update.

Share a run for support

Share the task name, run time, failed step, and visible error. Remove API keys, passwords, personal data, and other confidential information. Retention and export availability depend on plan and workspace settings.
