App Integrations

App integrations manage authentication and access for external services. Tasks select an authorized account in their triggers and steps.

Available apps

Your workspace may show Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Notion, freee, LINE, Zoom, MoneyForward, Linear, HubSpot, Dropbox, Box, Trello, Stripe, and other apps.

Availability depends on plan, workspace configuration, and the external service. Check App integrations or Apps in the task builder for the current list.

Sharing scope

Connections are managed at the workspace level, and tasks can select only accessible connections. Some apps let administrators restrict Slack channels, Google calendars, accounting offices, or other resources by space.

Grant only the spaces and resources required for the process. Avoid depending on a personal account for shared business operations.

Administration

Creating, changing, or removing a connection requires permission. If an option is unavailable, ask a workspace owner or administrator.
