TASKBASE can use AI for task creation, generation, summarization, classification, extraction, decision support, and agents. Available features and models depend on your plan and workspace.
Common uses
- Build a task — Propose a trigger and steps from a business process description
- Understand content — Summarize or classify email, documents, and form responses
- Structure data — Extract specified fields from free-form text
- Draft content — Prepare replies, reports, and descriptions
- Use an agent — Give an objective and available apps for multi-step work
Write a useful instruction
State the objective, input, constraints, output format, and situations that require review.
Classify the inquiry as Billing, Defect, How-to, or Other. Return the category and a reason. If the evidence is insufficient, mark it for review instead of guessing.
Operate safely
- AI output can be wrong. Require human review for important decisions.
- Do not provide personal, confidential, or contract-restricted information.
- Put approval before publication, delivery, deletion, or payment.
- Specify the expected format and behavior when the answer is uncertain.
- Test quality on representative data and review results over time.
Use AI output according to the source data’s permissions and your organization’s policies.
