Actions

An action is an operation performed by a task step, such as sending a message, retrieving data, creating a file, running AI, or updating an external app.

Find an action

  1. Add a step in the task editor.
  2. Search by keyword, category, or Apps.
  3. Review the description and required inputs.
  4. Select a connected account when needed.
  5. Test with a small amount of non-production data.

Actions are added and updated over time. Availability varies by plan, workspace, and connected apps, so the task builder is the current source of truth.
