Prerequisites

  • A TASKBASE account (open TASKBASE )
  • An account for the app you want to connect

Steps

  1. Create a space — Organize automation by team, customer, or business process
  2. Connect an app — Authorize the external service used by the task
  3. Build your first task — Start from a description or template
  4. Run and verify — Test the task and inspect results or review requests

Start with a manual trigger and a small test. After you confirm the result, switch to a schedule or event trigger for unattended operation.
