Actions
An action is an operation performed by a task step, such as sending a message, retrieving data, creating a file, running AI, or updating an external app.
Find an action
- Add a step in the task editor.
- Search by keyword, category, or Apps.
- Review the description and required inputs.
- Select a connected account when needed.
- Test with a small amount of non-production data.
Actions are added and updated over time. Availability varies by plan, workspace, and connected apps, so the task builder is the current source of truth.
