Connect, Reconnect, or Remove an App

Connect

  1. Open App integrations from the sidebar.
  2. Choose an app and select Connect.
  3. Confirm the account and requested permissions in the external service.
  4. Return to TASKBASE and check the connection state.
  5. If shown, select the spaces or resources allowed to use it.

Reconnect

Authorization can expire after a password, owner, or administrator policy change.

  1. Open the connection with an error under App integrations.
  2. Choose Reconnect and authenticate with the intended business account.
  3. Recheck allowed spaces and resources.
  4. Retry the failed task with a small test.

Remove

Identify every task and trigger that uses a connection before removing it. Dependent tasks may fail immediately after removal.

After removal in TASKBASE, revoke access in the external service’s connected-app management when appropriate.

Troubleshooting

  • The connection is unavailable — Check space scope and your permission.
  • A resource is missing — Check the external account’s permission and the allowed channels, calendars, offices, or folders.
  • Authorization repeatedly fails — Check popup blocking, multiple signed-in accounts, and organization policy.
  • A task still fails after reconnecting — Select the target resource again and retest the step.
