Before rollout

  1. Choose the authentication method, allowed domains, and emergency administrator account.
  2. Define the responsibilities of owners, administrators, editors, operators, viewers, and guests.
  3. Assign an owner for periodic audit review.
  4. Confirm policies for external apps, personal data, and generative AI.
  5. Test with a small group before expanding access.
