Before rollout
- Choose the authentication method, allowed domains, and emergency administrator account.
- Define the responsibilities of owners, administrators, editors, operators, viewers, and guests.
- Assign an owner for periodic audit review.
- Confirm policies for external apps, personal data, and generative AI.
- Test with a small group before expanding access.
