The inbox collects items that need a person to decide or act. Filter by failure, review, running, success, or all items.

Handle an item

1. Open an item from the list.
2. Review the source task, run data, inputs, and generated result.
3. Choose one of the available actions.

Depending on the item, you may see Approve and run, Reject, Resolve, Submit, or an option to give more instructions in chat. Never approve without reviewing the effect of the run.

Safe review

• Confirm recipient, amount, sharing scope, and item count.
• Compare AI-generated content or decisions with the source data.
• Check access to attachments and linked files.
• Give a specific reason when returning an item for changes.
• Assign the item to an appropriate owner if you cannot make the decision.

Available actions depend on task design and your permission.
