Getting StartedBuild Your First Task

Build Your First Task

A task consists of a trigger and one or more steps. Start with a small task that you can run manually.

1. Start creating

  1. Choose Add task.
  2. Select the destination space. Create a space first if none is available.
  3. Choose Task. Depending on your workspace, you may also see Agent or Browser flow.

2. Describe the work

Include the starting condition, processing, and destination in your request.

Every Monday morning, summarize last week’s inquiries and post the result to the team’s Slack channel.

You can also start from Templates or Apps. Treat the generated structure as a proposal. Confirm the connected account, destination, and records that will be changed.

3. Review the trigger and steps

Use a Manual trigger for the first test. For every step, check:

  • The connected app account
  • The target channel, file, table, or other resource
  • Fixed inputs and values from previous steps
  • AI instructions and the expected output

4. Save and test

  1. Save the task.
  2. Choose Run now or the available test action.
  3. Inspect each step’s result.
  4. Confirm that only the intended external data changed.

When the result is correct, change to the desired schedule or event trigger and activate the task. See Tasks for editing and Run and Verify for monitoring.
